Snapchat is one of those photo messaging services that, much like Instagram in the past, fails to have an official app for Windows Phone. Rudy Huyn answered the call by publishing 6snap to the store, an unofficial client enabling you to connect and enjoy the experience wrapped up in a Modern UI.
Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that a fair number of users have begun to experience issues with the app itself after a recent 1.3 update. Should you reside in Brazil or Norway, you may encounter trouble attempting to use 6snap. The good news is Huyn is aware of the problems and has worked to include a patch for version 1.3.1.
Unfortunately, there's no ETA on 1.3.1, though it has been re-submitted but we'll be sure to update you all once it's live. If you haven't already got 6snap installed, you can grab the app for free from the Windows Phone Store.
