With just five more days before Windows 10 officially launches on July 29, Microsoft continues to release new promotional videos about their next operating system. The latest clip in their "10 Reasons to Upgrade" series is supposed to show how secure Windows 10 will be when it is installed on a PC.

The video shows how Microsoft's commitment to releasing a steady steam of automatic updates for Windows 10 will help make it more secure. It also shows how its free Windows Defender software will help detect any malware if it does find its way on a PC. Finally, it shows how surfing the web will be safer with SmartScreen, which will help detect and block phishing or malicious websites.

Of course, not every operating system is 100% secure, but it does sound like Microsoft is making a bigger effort to keep Windows 10 as safe to use as possible.
