AppRaisin, which helps people to locate Windows 10 apps, has now launched a mobile website version of its service. The idea is to expand the reach of AppRaisin to Windows Phone 8 users, along with non-Windows users in general.

AdDuplex, the company behind AppRaisin, stated that offering support for Windows Phone 8 was a big request from customers, but since it is hard to scale down from a Windows 10 UWP app, the decision was made to launch a mobile site instead. The site is currently in a read-only mode, but it will still allow the large number of Windows Phone 8 owners to keep up with what's new in the Windows Store for apps.
