Twitter has just rolled out a new service for developers to integrate into their apps called Digits, which should make it more secure for consumers to sign into apps and services. Rather than complex usernames and passwords, Digits hopes to simplify the sign in process by using your phone number and an SMS verification to allow you to log in.
HipChat (hipchat.com) is a personal messaging service that lets users create rooms to have one on one or group conversations. The service has been around since 2010, but there is no native Windows Phone app, just some decent third-party ones.

Developer Respawn Entertainment isn't done yet with its first person shooter Titanfall. Today, it announced a bunch of upcoming features and improvements it has planned for the game for the Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC, including a new four player co-op mode called Frontier Defense that will be released for the Xbox One and PC tomorrow, October 23.
Back in June, Windows Central reported that TD Bank was working on apps for Windows Phone. At the time, we noted that the initial release may be limited to just Canada with a wider rollout coming later. Just as expected, this is exactly what is happening.

NBA Live 15 officially releases on October 28th in North America, and EA Sports has just revealed its plans for the demo. EA Access members on Xbox One can play the game before anyone else, with a 6-hour trial starting on October 23rd.
