AT&T's Nokia Windows Phones announcements to come, Elop says

Nokia at AT&T Developer Summit

A half-dozen Android phones (literally, six Android phones) and the announcement of the HTC Titan II dominated the AT&T Developer Summit this morning at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. But Nokia CEO Stephen Elop promised that his company has phones on the way, too, and we'll see them announced at its press event this afternoon.

The Lumia 900 is all be assured, and hopefully Elop's got something else up his sleeve, too.

Seriously, a 16MP cam on the Titan II. That's mental! Am surprised this was not mentioned in your article...

I don't get too ecstatic over 16 MP. 8 is plenty if the sensor and lens are good. More pixels might cover up noise (since you have more pixels, you can downsize the photo and hide noise), or poor photography skills if you have to crop all the time. Give me a better sensor, maybe a Tungsten flash, and I'll forgo the 16MP and its huge file sizes gladly.

Any idea when the 900 and the titan II will actually go out on sale?   I don't remember anything about dates at this point.
