If past experiences with sporting events are any indication, finding your way around can be a nightmare at times. Today, Microsoft announced some updates to its Bing Maps platform in order to alleviate some of those issues for this year's Super Bowl attendees.
First up, the folks behind Bing Maps have updated the platform's venue map of the University of Phoenix Stadium (pictured above) to include every level and section, which should make it considerably easier to find your seats in the sports-fueled madness. When you bring up the venue map, a list of sections will pop up on the left-hand side of the screen. From there, you simply find your section, tap it, and it will be highlighted on the map.
Next up, Bing Maps has also been updated with some new views of the stadium. The team has uploaded several images of workers preparing the stadium for game day, along with both a 2D and 3D birds-eye view of the stadium meant to replicate the view of the Met Life blimp that will be circling in the air come game time.
