BioShock: The Collection is coming to PC and consoles this September

BioShock: The Collection is coming to PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on September 13. The collection itself will contain remastered versions of all three titles in the series thus far (with DLC) for current-gen systems.

There are a few pointers worth noting with The Collection when it comes to BioShock. Specifically, BioShock Infinite won't be remastered for the PC since it already meets standards set by 2K. Also, BioShock 2 will not feature multiplayer content as part of The Collection. That said, it's not all doom and gloom as there are a few extras like the included director's commentary reel, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at development of the original BioShock.

As noted by Engadget, the September 13 date is for North America and Asia. Those in Australia and elsewhere in the world will have to wait until September 15 and 16 respectively. The bundle will set purchasers back $60.
