2K Games has posted over 20 minutes of gameplay from Mafia III, the next game in the historical open-world crime game series that will be showcased during E3 2016.

The Mafia III video is narrated by Haden Blackman, the leader of the game's development team at Hangar 13. He shows us how the player enters the game, which is set in 1968 in the city of New Bordeaux (their version of New Orleans). The trailer gives a solid idea of how the player will rise up in organized crime to become the leader in New Bordeaux.

Mafia II will be released for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC platforms on October 7.
