Take a closer look at Fallout 4's upcoming Far Harbor DLC

Bethesda Game Studios has revealed more details on Far Harbor, the big DLC expansion for their post-apocalypse RPG Fallout 4. Far Harbor will be released for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on May 19 for $24.99.

Bethesda says Far Harbor is the biggest single expansion they have made for any of their games in terms of landmass:

The island's diverse environments wouldn't allow for anything less than a massive space. Replacing the dense urban setting of the Commonwealth is a much more feral, mysterious wilderness that could have come straight from a horror novel set in the American northeast. Inspired by the real-life town of Bar Harbor, Maine, Far Harbor is a small fishing town, surrounded by what was once a beautiful national park. It would have been a rather idyllic little tourist spot before the war.

The DLC pack will also be full of new monsters, weapons, puzzles and more to discover. Far Harbor will be released for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of Fallout 4 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time in the US, and the PC version, via Steam, will be released at the same time.
