If you were wondering if your 512MB device would get a taste of Windows 10 for phones with the upcoming preview build, you might be in luck. Though he couldn't give any specifics, Microsoft Engineering General Manager Gabriel Aul just confirmed on Twitter that there will indeed be some 512MB Windows Phones included in the list of supported devices in the first release.

As Microsoft is still finalizing the list of supported devices for the first preview, we don't know which specific phones will be included, but Aul had the following to say in response to a question about 512MB devices:

"Hmmm. Do I cave? Don't think you can squeeze anything ELSE out of me:-) Yes, we'll have 512MB devices for 1st prvw."

So there you have it, folks. If you're rocking a 512MB device, there's a chance you could get in on the first preview build for phones.

Thanks to Ali for the tip!
