Owners of Halo: The Master Chief Collection who bought the Xbox One game a week ago but are still having issues with its online matchmaking features will have to wait a bit longer before they might be fixed. 343 Industries has announced that a patch designed to deal with those problems, among other things, has been delayed from Wednesday until sometime later this week.
In an update on the Halo Waypoint site, 343 Industries stated this delay will allow the team to add "additional fixes" to the patch. It added:
"This content update includes a variety of fixes across the title, including Matchmaking performance issues, general UI and game stability improvements, as well as fixes for game-game specific issues in Halo: CE, Halo 2, and Halo 2: Anniversary, and more. The full patch notes will be posted later this week, in advance of the content update release. "
