Some images that were posted recently on a website allegedly show a version of Lenovo's Android Yoga tablet with a Windows logo, suggesting that the company could offer a version of that tablet family with Microsoft's Windows 8.1 operating system in the near future.
The leaked images come from the Italian website HDBlog.it and show the Windows logo on the screen of the tablet that has the same design as the Yoga Android device that Lenovo launched a year ago. The device incorporated a cylindrical battery and a kickstand that allow the Yoga to stand up on its own.
Lenovo is scheduled to hold a press event in London on October 9, where the company is expected to reveal some new Windows 8.1 and Android-based devices. It certainly would make sense to use this Yoga tablet design for a Windows 8.1 product. Do you think it would be a good idea to launch a version of the Yoga tablet with Microsoft's OS?
