Will they announce the pricing and availability of the Nokia Lumia 925 today? We hope so! Join us for our live blog after the break as we cover it in real-time. (Event is expected to start within the next hour)
amber amber amber
Well the 925 comes with Amber. If you are talking about the 822, it is a no.
and I just realized I have too much time on my hands watching a live blog of a tmobile event. Hell I have ATT and would never ever use Tmobile
-1 I'm a T-Mobile customer
You are not the only one... And I don't only use AT&T but I also work for AT&T hahahaha
I have to agree with you. I have TMobile for work a few years back and never dropped so many calls. Maybe it's better now? Doubtful.
I am willing to give them a shot once my contract is up if they are supporting WP.
Talking points and details are on the TMO newsroom already.
$49 down for the 925, July 17th confirmed!
Does that mean it'll be $530 off contract?
50 down + 20 for 24 months = 530 +tax
If T-Mobile's price is $530, there's a very good chance you can get it elsewhere for well under that. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Microsoft store offering it at $450 or so.
This is what I'm hoping. Going to buy it from the MS store anyway.
925 for $50!!! Hell yeah!
Make that 2 hell yeah!!
50 bones! Bot bad.
I don't know why this is slow (the live blog or is just that they leaked it so fast?) lol but anyhow I just read in both Engadget and Wmpoweruser that the 925 is going out for 49.99 down with 24 payments of 20$ or 530$ upfront!
The TMO newsroom released the press release for everything that was going to be talked about just as the press event happened, so they messed up.
hahahaha that's so funny!! It had to be T-mobile lol but least we are all happy now knowing the answers :)
Kinda feel sorry for Daniel now. Having to sit through all that when everybody knows what's coming.
Here's my question for the Q & A.
Did you really just do all that and then not even mention the Lumia 925!?
What device/ application did you use to do the live blog?
Gotta love when Rubino's bias against Sprint shows in great fashion by ignoring the FACT Sprint has LTE up and running in over 140 markets, and completely forgets the Fact every tower on Sprint's network is getting brand new 3G/4G equipment (including antenna and wiring, as well as additional backhaul for data traffic which will be handled by 20 hubs, including a dedicated one for Puerto Rico/USVI). S4GRU.com would love to make things clear for you.
Also, did tou forget that Sprint now fully owns Clearwire, and Softbank will invest several BILLIONS to speed up the rest of the Network Vision/LTE project (bing that Daniel). And let's not forget all of your inconsistent reporting and bashing tou have done against sprint which have many here very upset, especially since many have asked you to get to the bottom on why Microsoft has not taken seriously Qualcomm based CDMA carriers. But then again blaming Sprint is all you can do for what ever reason or excuse you have because is easier to do so than report all the facts.
I can understand having a bias for the platform you support, but to blame Sprint and not all the other CDMA carriers in the US for not carrying Windows Phone devices is a very weak argument, and everyone with a bit of commonsense can see it was a Microsoft issue which the FCC forced to have addressed and imposed a deadline they almost failed to meet knowing a risk of a temporary ban on all WP8 devices beyond August 1st was becoming a major possibility.
And don't mistake my pointing out of inaccuracies as a personal attack. I would not disrespect you or any of the writwrs here as I wouldn't like to be disrespected, as a few have tried to do before (no need to mention names because it's not worth my time doing so).
