Wordly is a word puzzle game from Martin Harte that is being offered at the Windows Marketplace for Mobile. The game is offered in two versions, the free "Lite" version has all the features of the $2.99 full-version but is limited to three games.

The game is basically a "Find a word" puzzle in that you are presented with a 4x4 or 5x5 grid of letters in which you are to find hidden words from. You do so by drawing (finger drag) a line from letter to letter.

The line can be straight, at an angle, or with a little zig to it. The only requirement is that the letters must be neighboring (side to side, corner to corner, etc.) and the words must be at least three letters long. Games are timed and at the end of each game, all possible words are displayed. You will be surprised how many words can be generated from a 4x4 grid of letters.

This is a highly addictive, enjoyable and often humbling game.  I didn't experience any bugs, hang-ups or problems running Wordly. The only restriction with Wordly is that it is currently only available for Windows Phones with 480x800 screens. Hopefully, it will be available in the future for smaller screens and make the transition to Windows Phone 7.

If you like word puzzles, Wordly is a must have app for your Windows Phone. Not sure? Try out the trial version (Wordly Lite) and before you get past the second game, you'll be hunting down the full version.
