Jonathan Sampson, a Program Manager at Microsoft for the Edge team, and one of the most public figures for the Windows 10 web browser, has announced he will be leaving the company later in September.

In follow-up posts, Sampson paid tribute to his fellow Edge team members who he worked with for the past few years. Sampson has been one of the most public cheerleaders for Edge, and when the browser officially launched with Windows 10 in July 2015, he even showed just how many Windows 10 upgrades were happening on that day.

Sampson has not announced where he will be working next after he leaves Microsoft:

We certainly wish Sampson the best of luck and well wishes as he moves on to future jobs and projects.
