Microsoft wants to see more small businesses use its Office 365 productivity software, so they're making some changes to their FastTrack customer service plans. The change will lower its access threshold from 150 to 50 seats for companies that use Office 365 enterprise and small business subscriptions.
"Previously available only to customers with 150 seats or more, FastTrack provides resources and dedicated engineers who can assist you, or the Microsoft Partner you work with, to implement Office 365, onboard users and get the most business value from your investment."
Last week, Microsoft revealed as part of its Q2 fiscal year 2016 results that revenue for Office 365 went up in the last quarter by 70% compared to the same period a year ago. Microsoft also said that it currently has 20.6 million consumer subscribers to Office 365.
