Microsoft opens up Music and Movies & TV purchases to slew of new countries in Windows 10

Microsoft has announced that it is expanding access to the Music and Movies & TV pages in the Windows Store on Windows 10 to a slew of new countries today. In all, the Music page will now be open for users in 17 new markets, while the Movies & TV page will open up to users in Brazil.

Here's the list of countries that will gain access to the Music page starting today:

  • Argentina
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Brazil
  • Switzerland
  • Germany
  • Denmark
  • Spain
  • Finland
  • France
  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Mexico
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • Portugal
  • Sweden

Unfortunately, Brazil is the only new country that is getting access to the Movies & TV page, but this is still a pretty big deal as Microsoft is opening up purchasing options for a ton of new countries ahead of Windows 10's July 29 launch date.
