Microsoft has announced during its Windows 10 press event today that there have been 3 million installs of the Windows 10 preview so far since its launch in October and that 1.7 million people have signed up for the Windows Insider program.
Microsoft's operating system head Terry Myerson stated today that the Windows 10 team has received 800,000 pieces of feedback from Windows Insiders on 200,000 topics. That has caused Microsoft to change some things to the OS, such as improving the Alt+Tab so it is less jarring. He added, "Our team is really embracing this feedback and leaning into this new development process."
