Black Friday and Cyber Monday may be over and done for 2014, but that doesn't mean companies have ended their special holiday sales yet. Today, Microsoft announced it will begin a "12 Days of Deals" campaign at its Microsoft Store website and in its over 100 retail locations in the US and Canada starting on Monday, December 8.
Each day during the event, there will be big price cut on one item for that day only. Microsoft has already revealed what will go on sale for the first day of the event, December 8. US customers will be able to get a 7-inch Toshiba Encore Mini tablet for just $79, with a free 16GB SD card thrown in, both in store and online. If you are one of the first people to show up on Monday at one of the brick-and-mortar Microsoft Stores in the US, you can get that same tablet for just $49.
The residents of Canada will get a different deal on Monday. It's a Acer Aspire ES1 laptop with a price of just $199 online and in store. The first few customers at each physical Microsoft Store in Canada can get the same laptop for $149.
