Xbox One

Microsoft is preparing to tackle the upcoming holiday season by announcing a promotional offer on the Xbox One, which will be available in the US for just $349. The $50 off consoles includes not only purchasing the main box outright, but also any promotional bundles like the Assassin's Creed package. If you've been holding off making the purchase for a price drop, this may well be your chance to grab your chosen bundle.

The best part? As this offer starts on November 2, you don't need to wait for Black Friday to risk injury. Yusuf Mehdi, corporate vice president, Microsoft commented on today's announcement:

"Fans don't have to wait for Black Friday this year to enjoy great savings on Xbox One. We're offering our best price yet, with unprecedented choices and value, so more people can play on Xbox One this holiday. We're gearing up for one of our biggest holidays ever and we are thrilled to offer fans up to $150 in savings on Xbox One and some of the biggest blockbuster games of the season."

Exclusive bundles affected by the new promotional offer will include:

  • Xbox One Assassin's Creed (available November 2 in the US) for $349 and $449 with Kinect
  • Xbox One Sunset Overdrive for $349
  • Xbox One Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (available November 3) for $449

You'll be able to pop down to your nearest supporting retailer (or shop online). Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Microsoft Stores, Walmart, Toys 'R Us and Target have been named as sources where this offer will be valid. Has this deal tempted you to buy the Xbox One?
