Minecraft brings Natural texture pack to Pocket and Windows 10 Editions

A fresh update is rolling out to both Minecraft Pocket and Windows 10 editions. While much of the 0.15.7 update concerns various bug fixes and tweaks, it does bring the Natural texture pack to both editions. If you happen to be playing Minecraft Windows 10 Edition on an Oculus Rift, you'll be happy to know that the latest update also includes a number of fixes that should make the experience much better.

From Mojang:

Much of the effort has gone into resolving issues with the Oculus Rift features on Windows 10, but we also added support for the Natural texture pack, so you can enjoy higher-res textures and more realistic sheep faces - that's 108 extra pixels for every inscrutable ruminant stare. Wow!

Of course, if you want to take advantage of those higher-res textures in the Natural pack, you will have to shell out $2.99 — a price that's more than justified by the sheep faces alone.

For a comprehensive list of bug fixes and changes, be sure to check out Mojang's full blog post for more. In the meantime, you should be able to nab the update for both versions from the Windows Store now.
