MobiKwik is a fast growing mobile wallet service in India with popular Android and iOS apps. Finally, the app arrived on Windows Phone over the weekend, allowing users the convenience and security to purchase goods and services on third party merchant websites, recharge prepaid and post-paid mobile, television/DTH, data cards and make bill payments for broadband/landline phones, electricity, gas, and insurance.
Users can park money, up to ₹50,000 into the MobiKwik wallet, and make hassle-free payments for multiple transactions in only one click. The service offers multiple payment options including credit cards, debit cards, and netbanking with leading banks.
While you are recharging your prepaid mobile, you can also browse plans of several mobile operators before making a decision. The service is continuously adding more utilities across the board.
The app is available for free from the Windows Phone Store for Windows Phone 7.x and Windows Phone 8. It competes with another popular virtual wallet app – Paytm – although MobiKwik has more utilities that you could pay for on board.
