Nokia giving out free Windows Phone to developers today in London

Some future Windows Phone devs just had their day made as Nokia is evidently prepared to give out some free Nokia Windows Phones to woo them over.

Details are coming in now, but the story is there is a Nokia Windows Phone Training event going on in London today, where Nokia is demonstrating the power and capability of Windows Phone to new devs. A few tweets from developers and bloggers (Rafe Blandford, Mehdi El Gueddari and Nash Bansal) who are attending, confirm that Nokia has committed to giving the gift that keeps on giving--a new Nokia phone.

Sure, they're not getting the phones today (only after announced), but it's clear that Nokia and Microsoft are serious about bringing over new developers to the platform. What better way to pique interest than a free Nokia phone, eh?
