The U.S. Microsoft Store is now taking pre-orders for both the AT&T and T-Mobile versions of the Nokia Lumia 635, although there is no word on when they will ship out to people who decide to put their money down now on one of the first Windows Phone 8.1 devices.
The listings show that Microsoft is asking for $99 for the AT&T version without a contract, while the T-Mobile version is more expensive at $129 without a contract. This news follows word last week that UK residents can now pre-order the Lumia 635 for £144.98 via Unlocked Mobiles.
Just a reminder: the Lumia 635 will have a 4.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 854x480. It will run Windows Phone 8.1 out of the box, and will have 512 MB of RAM and 8 GB of storage. There's a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor running things inside with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz.
If you live in the U.S, are you planning to jump in and purchase the Lumia 635 before a release date has even been revealed?
Thanks to the many readers who tipped us!
