Faaso's is a popular fast food chain in India that primarily sells wraps. An acronym for Fanatic Activism Against Substandard Occidental Shit, Faaso’s operates over 50 outlets in Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore and their chic branding and youthful identity has got them countless loyal customers.
Faaso’s has introduced their official mobile ordering app for Windows Phone. The app allows you to order fresh, hot, desi wraps, biryani, and more with few taps on your phone. The app arrived along with the Android version, with the iOS one coming up.
Apart from the ability to easily order and get food delivered at your doorstep or collected from your nearest Faaso’s outlet, the app also allows you to locate the nearest outlet and show directions to get you there. The app has a neat user experience, and is also a visual delight.
While ordering the food, you can check out the full menu and customize the order just like you’d do at the store or on their website. You can pay cash on delivery or through your credit/debit cards from within the app. The app features a nice order tracking feature where you can check the status of your order from ordering, the food getting ready, to getting on the way.
If you are a regular with Faaso’s, download the free Faaso’s app for Windows Phone 8 devices from Windows Phone Store and give it a spin. Else, try them out and tell us how the wraps turned out to be. While I quite like the neat app, I don’t have a Faaso’s outlet in my city! That’s my only feature request from the fast food chain.
