Blizzard Entertainment has begun teasing Overwatch's next content update, with a trailer for its upcoming multiplayer map, Eichenwalde.

Initially revealed during Blizzard's Gamescom press conference, Eichenwalde will be the first map to be added to Overwatch's roster since launch. The map will take on a fantasy style, set in the remains of an abandoned medieval settlement. With this setting comes a fully developed village overshadowed by a towering castle.

During the map's reveal, it was noted that Eichenwalde brings a new level of verticality to Overwatch's gameplay. This will felt across the map's two supported modes: Assault and Escort.

While the new map is currently playable for Gamescom attendees, Eichenwalde will roll out to the public sometime next month.
