There's a new fitness program for your Xbox One, and it stars Seattle Seahawks quarterback and Super Bowl champ Russell Wilson. You and Russell Wilson are going to get athlete fit using your Xbox One and Xbox Fitness.

Xbox Fitness is the app on your Xbox One that features fitness and exercise videos. You get workouts from famous trainers like Jillian Michaels and Tracy Anderson. You can also workout with Tony Horton from P90X and Shaun T from Insanity using Xbox Fitness. Now you're getting Russell Wilson with a program aimed at athlete.

The new program is called Athlete Fit with Russell Wilson for Xbox Fitness. In the program, you'll find high-intensity interval training that aims to improve your power, agility, strength and speed. You'll find 40 and 20 second-long energetic bursts of drill-styled movements to get results in your living room.

Check out the two workouts from Russell Wilson and his team. It's available for you for free on your Xbox One if you're rocking an Xbox Live Gold membership.

And, just to add to that, the reason it's exclusie to Xbox One is because Kinect 1 on Xbox 360 doesn't have the same accuracy and capabilities (e.g. heart rate monitoring) that the Kinect 2 on Xbox One can do.

Xbox Fitness is awesome. Glad to see they're still supporting it this far after launch with the JJ Watt, P90X, and now Russell Wilson add-ons. Really, though, the P90X one, at $60 extra, should come with more achievements. Even $2 DLC in Peggle 2 comes with more achievements.

I did both of the workouts last night (20 min each) and they are not messing around. You'll definitely get your sweat on with these. Next up for me is the Gatorade one by the guy from the Texans.
