Sonic and PAC-MAN games included in latest Xbox One backwards compatibility update

Microsoft has updated its list of Xbox 360 games that can be played on the Xbox One, via its backwards compatibility feature. Eight more games have now been added to that list.

Among the games on the list, as revealed on the Major Nelson Twitter account, are Sega's Sonic The Hedgehog 4 Episode 1 and Episode 2, along with PAC-MAN Museum from Namco, which actually has nine classic PAC-MAN games to play. Also includes are Capcom titles like Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 and Capcom Arcade Cabinet, which has three classic games (Black Tiger, 1943 and Avengers).

Crystal Defenders from publisher Square Enix also joins the Xbox One backwards compatibility list, along with Fret Nice from Temco and NeoGeo Battle Coliseum from SNK.
