Star Wars Battlefront

The first gameplay footage from the upcoming multiplayer action game Star Wars Battlefront will be livestreamed from Anaheim, California as part of the Star Wars Celebration convention on Friday, April 17.

The panel for the game will begin at 10:30 am PDT (1:30 pm EDT) and will be livestreamed on the website. This will be the first look at the long-awaited game from developer DICE and publisher Electronic Arts. Attendees at Star Wars Celebration will also get to see some additional live gameplay behind closed doors at the event.

Star Wars Battlefront, which was first announced at E3 2014 in June, is due for release in late 2015 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, just in time for the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens in theaters. It's expected that Star Wars Battlefront will include locations and other content from that movie, along with the six previous Star Wars films.
