SuiteLinq launches WP7 app, improves customer hotel experience

SuiteLinq, provider of all things technology and entertainment to Hoteliers and to guests of properties, are launching a Windows Phone 7 app. The app integrates with and improves user-friendliness and connectivity to hotels that use SuiteLinq's Digital Host. But you don't want to know all that, you want to know what's in it for you (as a customer), right?

"Featuring interactive hotel information, room service ordering, property way-finding, human or data-triggered alerts and more, the mobile product aims to help hoteliers connect to, inform, and engage in commerce with guests both on-site and in-transit."

Not too shabby by making it easier for guests to interact with their booking, in fact this is was smartphones should be doing--making the boring things in life easier. Re-branding is available (just like some CMS and forum software apps) to further personalize the experience per-hotel and establishment. The app will be demonstrated for the first time to attendees at this week's HITEC 2011 conference in Austin, TX. For more information, visit SuiteLinq's website.
