SUPERHOT, the acclaimed indie first-person action game, finally has a launch date for the Xbox One. It will make its console debut on May 3 on Microsoft's console after first being released on the PC in late February.
The game was originally slated for a March debut on the Xbox One, but the SUPERHOT development team apparently took a little extra time to get it ready for its console launch. Here's a quick description.
Blurring the lines between cautious strategy and unbridled mayhem, SUPERHOT is the FPS in which time moves only when you move. No regenerating health bars. No conveniently placed ammo drops. It's just you, outnumbered and outgunned, grabbing the weapons of fallen enemies to shoot, slice, and maneuver through a hurricane of slow-motion bullets.
There's no word if there will be any additional content added to the Xbox One version.
