AT&T has announced that beginning on July 24, customers will be able to purchase the Surface 3 LTE for use on its network. It was recently reported that the tablet was headed to AT&T as soon as this week, and now AT&T has confirmed it. As far as specs go, the Surface 3 LTE features a 10.8-inch display, an Intel Atom x7-Z8700 CPU, an 8 MP rear camera, and weighs in at just 1.37 pounds.
Unfortunately, AT&T does not list whether this is the 2GB or 4GB of RAM model, but the listing does show it to have 64GB of storage, which can be expanded through the use of a microSD card. AT&T is offering two different payment options for the Surface 3 LTE. The first is $0 down and $30 a month on its Tablet Installment Play. For those looking to get a Surface 3 LTE and a Lumia smartphone, AT&T is offering the tablet for $399, as long as the smartphone is purchased using AT&T Next.
