Popular note-taking service Evernote announced a new pricing structure today, splitting the service into three tiers: one free and two paid. While Evernote previously had only a single paid tier, the company says that they were driven to split the service into two paid tiers, Evernote Plus and Evernote Premium, to provide more options for customers.

There are a number of popular productivity subscriptions many take advantage of, but for a limited time only, you'll be able to gain access to a bunch for just $60. Evernote, LastPass, Pocket, Wunderlist and the New York Times have teamed up to launch the Productivity Pack, a promotional bundle that includes subscriptions to each service at a discounted price.

Evernote is adding what it calls "augmented intelligence" to Windows app with a feature called Context. Available to Evernote premium subscribers, Context essentially adds relevant contextual information as you're typing in your notes. These tidbits of information could be culled from existing notes that either were shared with you or were created in the past, along with external sources, like from The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Inc. Magazine, and Pando Daily.

Evernote has bumped its popular note taking platform to version 4.4.0.1122 in Windows Phone Store today. Nestled in with the assorted "numerous bug fixes and enhancements" is a new document camera. The document camera allows the user to digitize both single and multiple page documents, so they can be added to any note in Evernote. This should prove useful to both business users and casual users alike.
