Target has finally begun selling the Microsoft Band in the US, two days after it was expected to do so. Sales of the fitness band are only on the retailer's website. The device is not currently being sold in Target's brick-and-mortar locations.
There's also no in-store pickup for the $199.99 Microsoft Band, although there is free standard shipping. It looks like people who place their orders today will receive the fitness band sometime next week. Oddly, Target is also selling a charger for the Microsoft Band as a stand alone $19.99 item, but only in its retail stores and not online.
As we previously reported, the Microsoft Band is now on sale in the US via Amazon and Best Buy in addition to Microsoft's own online and physical stores. Pre-orders for the band are currently being taken in the UK for an official launch on April 15.
