If your company happens to use Novell iPrint as their IT solution for mass printing, then get ready to go grab their app, now available for Windows Phone 8.x.

Novell iPrint (www.novell.com/products/iprint) lets users access print directly from their Windows Phone, which should be extremely useful for those in enterprise and who need something physical at a meeting.

The app itself is relatively simple, with the following features:

  • Print documents on any iPrint enabled corporate printer and print infrastructure
  • Choose the Color, Orientation, Number of Copies, and Page Size through the Novell iPrint app
  • Print securely using access restrictions
  • List all available corporate printers
  • Scan a QR code to quickly connect your mobile device to a specific printer

Currently supported document formats: PDF, GIF, BMP, TIF, PNG, ODP, ODG, ODT, ODI, ODS with support for more formats coming in "future updates."

Overall, not a bad app if you are lucky enough to have access to Novell's printers at your job. Head to the Store to grab it now. Let us know in comments if you plan on using it and what you think!

Thanks, Juan B., for the tip!
