For those of you who still use ICQ, there's a new client version out for Windows

ICQ (Internet Chat Query) is a messenger platform that has been around for some time, and if you still use the service you'll be pleased to hear that a new Windows app is available. As spotted by Twitter user @Wzor, the client offers not only text chat, but free video calls, groups, and more.

According to the main website, we're looking at a new design, which features a minimalistic interface and is an absolute blast to use. As well as the Windows client, you'll be able download the official Windows Phone app too to take advantage of the platforms mobile messaging functionality.
