Right after showing off Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Ubisoft decided to have a "one more thing" moment before closing their E3 2015 conference.

Citing the desire to revamp one of their classic franchises, Ubisoft treated fans to a tense trailer for Ghost Recon Willdlands.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands is the first military shooter set in a massive and responsive open world, entirely playable in 4 player co-op or solo. Coming to PS4, Xbox ONE and PC.

Bolivia, a few years from now. The country has become the largest cocaine producer in the world. The Santa Blanca drug cartel has turned the country into a narco-state, leading to lawlessness, injustice, and violence. The Ghosts, an elite US Special Forces team, is sent behind enemy lines to wreak havoc and takedown the cartel.

The official Ghost Recon website notes that it's entirely up to you how you undertake missions, and that your actions may have consequences. Ghost Recon Wildlands boasts a massive and varied open world, taking place across swamps, dense jungles, mountain ranges and urban locations.

Ghost Recon Wildlands is currently in development by a Ubisoft Paris for Xbox One, PC and PS4.
