The announcement was made a few days ago, but at the moment Vodafone isn't offering any new information about its plans for the Windows Phone 8.1 device, including a specific release date and a price tag. It's also not offering the option to pre-order the phone, at least for now. Other countries around the world, including Finland, Norway and others, have started taking pre-orders for a scheduled launch in mid-July.
The Lumia 930 will have a 5-inch 1080p display, a 2.2Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage, along with a 20 megapixel PureView camera.
If you live in New Zealand, are you excited about the prospect of being able to get the Lumia 930 from Vodafone?
Thanks to Mathew for the tip!
