With Call of Duty Black Ops III just a few days away from its release date of Friday. November 6. its publisher Activision has released a 1:45-minute live-action trailer for the next game in the popular first-person shooter series.
Like many of the other live-action trailers made to promote older Call of Duty games, this one has lots of humor. It centers on "Kevin", a seemingly ordinary guy who is apparently a master soldier as he shoots, moves, jumps and otherwise blows away a ton of enemies in the near-future setting of Black Ops 3. The idea is, of course, that "Kevin" is just sitting on his couch playing the game.
The trailer is narrated, Rod Serling-style, by Fantastic Four's Michael B. Jordan, with appearances by model and actor Cara Delevingne, and Seattle Seahawks football player Marshawn Lynch. The game will be released for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC. However, the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions won't have Black Ops III's campaign mode which means "Kevin" had better get a PC, Xbox One or PlayStation 4.
