Weather4me is a basic weather app for your Windows Phone that provides current conditions, what to expect for the rest of the day and a five day forecast for cities worldwide.

Weather4me pulls weather information from and has a direct link to Accuweather's website for more detailed information. The apps lays the information out in a three page hub. Cities are searchable by name or zip code and you can build up a list of favorites to make switching from city to city easier.

More after the break.

Weather information on Weather4me is refreshed each time the application starts up or you can refresh the data manually from the pull-up menu. The weather information provided breaks down this way:

  • Current conditions will display the temperature, real feel temp, humidity, dew point, barometric pressure, UV levels, wind information and visibility.
  • Your Today display covers the temperature, wind, max UV index, sunrise/sunset times and general conditions.
  • The Five Day Forecast displays the general conditions, forecasted high/low temps and a link to the Accuweather page for more detailed information.

Weather4me is graphically well presented and ran smoothly with no bugs, glitches or crashes experienced. The downside to the app is that the information is a little too basic. I liked Weather4me but couldn't help but think it needed a little more zip such as a live tile or radar map. The upside is that if you only need the basics, Weather4me will be right up your alley.

Weather4me is a free application and you can download it here (opens Zune) at the Marketplace.
