Xbox Music

FKA Twigs – LP1

FKA Twigs LP1

You need to have something special to get near universal acclaim by music critics. That's just what FKA Twigs did with her debut studio album LP1. The album is rocking an 88 out of 100 rating on review aggregate site Metacritic. Dive in with the single "Two Weeks" to see what the album is about, but don't miss out on the track "Give Up." [Genres: PBR&B, electronic, trip hop, dream pop]

Porter Robinson – Worlds

Porter Robinson

Despite having multiple number one singles, Worlds is the first studio album from electronic music producer Porter Robinson. You won't find too much of the heavy bass you've come to expect from Robinson. _Worlds _goes in a slightly different direction but is still worth a listen if you've come to like his music. Don't miss the tracks "Sea of Voices" and "Lionhearted". [Genres: Synthpop, alternative dance, indietronia]

Dilated Peoples – Directors of Photography

Dilated Peoples

Hard to believe the last studio album from Dilated Peoples came out in 2006, yet here we are in 2014 with a new album. _Directors of Photography _is the fifth studio album from the hip hop group. The consensus? This southern California group still knows a thing or two about putting out a solid album. Be sure to check out the track "Good as Gone." [Hip hop]

Xbox Video

Muppets Most Wanted

You can rent or buy Muppets Most Wanted on Xbox Video. The came out earlier this year and shouldn't be missed if you have younger kids or you just happen to like the Muppets. It holds a solid 79% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. [PG, 1 hr 47 min]

Watch as James McAvoy plays manipulative Detective Sergeant Bruce Robertson in Filth. The movie is part comedy and part drama. We haven't seen it yet, but the trailer makes it look like this might be worth a weekend rental. [R, 1 hr 37 min]

Who doesn't like any movie with Tom Hardy in it? Locke is one of his newer films and has Hardy being badass as usual. Critics loved the film, and it currently holds an 88% fresh rating from Rotten Tomatoes. [R, 1 hr 25 min]
