Samsung's high-end Galaxy TabPro S tablet with Windows 10 is finally coming to the U.S. Microsoft has announced the 12-inch 2-in-1 tablet will go on sale at Best Buy starting on Friday, March 18 for $899.99. It will be available at Microsoft Store locations on April 4 for the same price. It will also go on sale at some point on Samsung's site.

The Samsung Galaxy TabProS was first revealed at CES 2016 in January, where we were able to get some hands-on time with the tablet. Even though it is a large tablet, it is only 6.3mm thin and weighs just 1.53 pounds. The Super AMOLED display has a resolution of 2160x1400, along with a Intel 6th-gen Core M processor, 4GB of RAM and up to 256GB SSD of storage.

Microsoft VP Chris Cocks added that it has worked with Samsung to help improve the Cortana experience in Windows 10 with the Galaxy TabPro S:

"Together with Samsung we improved the Cortana speech accuracy from good to exceptional, with scores greater than 90% across all sound environments – from a busy house, to a coffee shop, or office space. I've been using the TabPro S for about a month, and I can personally attest to this. The microphone is amazing, and the optimization that our companies did together with the dual-array microphones to optimize for Cortana is extremely impressive. Even in a noisy place, people can hear me clearly."

A stylus made for the Galaxy TabPro S will be released soon that will allow users to draw on applications as well. Stay tuned as we will have more information on the tablet in the near future.
