Windows 10 UWP apps from Hulu, NASCAR, Dailymotion and Nickelodeon coming to Xbox One

Many Windows 10 apps made for the Universal Windows Platform (UWP) will be making their way to the Xbox One in the near future. Microsoft quietly revealed four of them as part of an overall look at the company's Build 2016 announcements.

The press release states that the Windows 10 UWP apps for Nickelodeon, Dailymotion, NASCAR and Hulu will make the move to Xbox One. The addition of Hulu is a little odd, since there is already a native app for the video streaming service for the Xbox One. It's likely that app will be retired and replaced with the Windows 10 UWP app.

Microsoft has already announced that the Windows Store and Xbox One store will merge as part of the big Windows 10 Anniversary Update, which will be released for free to all Windows 10 and Xbox One users later this summer.
