If you take medication with regularity, Medicine Manager is a Windows Phone application designed to help you remember to take your daily dosage. There aren't many bells and whistles to Medicine Manager but it does a decent job of listing your medications and reminding you when to take them.
Medicine Manager's main pages display a listing of all your medications, your schedule for the day on when to take the meds and an about screen for the app. To add a medication, simply tap on the "Tap to Add" icon on the Medicine Page and fill in the blanks. If you would like to add a photo of the medication or the label, you can either tap the camera button control at the bottom of the screen or tap the "tap to add" button on the medication entry screen.
When you are through filling in the blanks, tap the save button control and you'll be sent to the Schedule Page where you set the time of day you are to take the medications. You can add as many reminders per medication that you need.
At any time you can edit an entry just by tapping on the medication listing or on the reminder schedule. The alerts wake up your phone as any other reminder would and allows you to "snooze" the alert.
The only nit I have with Medicine Manager is that navigation can be a little cumbersome. When you drill down to edit a reminder, you have to hit the back button several times to get back to the main pages. A home button at the bottom of the screen would be a nice addition. Otherwise, I found Medicine Manager to be a simply, yet effective way to manage your daily medications.
There is a fully functional trial version available for Medicine Manager that is ad supported. The full version without ads will run you $1.49 and you can find Medicine Manager here at the Windows Phone Marketplace.
