Microsoft's Windows Hardware Engineering Community events haven't been around since 2008, but they're coming back as smaller, localized shows to offer workshops and networking opportunities for manufacturing partners. The next in the new generation of WinHEC shows will be March 18 in Shenzhen, China, and another is planned for Taiwan.
What exactly can be expected from this conference?
"WinHEC will stay true to its strong technical roots. The agenda will be packed with executive keynotes, deep technical training sessions, hands-on labs, and opportunities for Q&A on topics across the spectrum of Windows-based hardware."
Anybody interested in attending should hit up the WinHEC site. Do any of you guys work with a PC manufacturer, or are otherwise in the hardware business?
