Xbox One release roundup for the week of September 12, 2016

Yet another week has passed and with that concludes another week of Xbox One releases. This week the Xbox One saw a strong lineup of titles, including first-party exclusives, HD remasters and highly-anticipated next-generation titles.

The week started off with a number of big launches, including Microsoft's first in-house title of the fall, ReCore. Gamers were also able to relive their nostalgia with BioShock: The Collection and the Dead Rising Triple Pack, bringing two classic franchises to the Xbox One. Other notable releases included the launch of The Witness and NHL 17 for the console.

Tuesday, September 13

ReCore

Looking forward

Over the coming week, the Xbox One is set to see more big releases, including Destiny's Rise of Iron expansion and NBA 2K17. Those who pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3's Ultimate Edition will also get early access to the game this Friday, ahead of the official launch on Tuesday, September 27. Firewatch will also be making a transition to the Xbox One after a few months of exclusivity on the PlayStation 4 and PC.
