Xbox One SmartGlass Beta gets bumped with activity feed alerts and more

Microsoft has released an update for the Xbox One SmartGlass Beta app available for Windows Phone. The mobile app enables consumers to connect to their Xbox consoles and carry out numerous tasks, including turning the Windows Phone into a controller. Previously updated with activity feed items, the development team have added yet more features to the experience in this latest release.

Here's what is new in version 1.0.0.15:

  • See the Top Games in Profile and Popular Games in Friends
  • Activity Feed Alerts and UI improvements

It's yet another neat update for the companion app and we're sure many gamers will happily take full advantage of the above features. Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
