Some members of the Xbox One preview program will be able to download and install the major upcoming update for the console. It will offer a new user interface, many new features and upgrade the console's OS to a version of Windows 10.

Microsoft has already sent out invites for people in the preview program to opt into the Windows 10 update. The company has also posted a long list of known issues with what it is officially calling the New Xbox One Experience to those testers.

There's also a new video, posted above, that walks through the preview of the Xbox One update. As we have reported on before, it will have a new Home screen interface with vertical scrolling through items. A new Guide feature is in place to help owners access features like Settings, Friends and more. There will also be a new design for OneGuide to help find movies, TV shows and apps and a new look for the Store as well. The new Windows 10-based Xbox One Experience will officially launch for all owners of the console in November.
