Alcatel OneTouch is not a name that most Windows users are familiar with, simply because the company doesn't offer many products that utilize the operating system. At CES 2016, Alcatel OneTouch revealed its 8-inch tablet that runs Windows 10 Mobile, the Pixi 3. While it may sound a bit odd to have a tablet running a mobile operating system, the choice appears to have been a good one by Alcatel OneTouch, as our initial impressions are positive about it.

As for specs, you've got the 8-inch display that is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor. This is paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded with a microSD card. Powering it through the day is a 4060mAh battery, and on the rear you've got a 5MP shooter and the front comes in at just 2MP.

The Pixi 3 will retail for $199, and is expected to launch in Europe and Latin America come April, with no immediate plans for a U.S. launch being announced. Be sure to check out our initial impressions of the tablet in the video below.
