This year, the biggest of those is Electronic Arts' (EA) and Battlefield Studios' explosively popular multiplayer FPS Battlefield 6. And right now, even though Cyber Monday itself has ended, you can pick up the Xbox version of the acclaimed shooter, normally priced at $69.99, for only $49.99 at Amazon. It's official: Battlefield 6 is the best-selling game of the year, and it sold more copies in one month than any other game has since 2022's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, too. It's no exaggeration to say that it's the biggest game of the year as well, and has propelled EA's legendary FPS franchise to new heights after years of struggle.

The reason why is largely because its developers delivered an experience that returned to Battlefield form, complete with the series' class-based structure, tons of new gadgets and weapons to earn and use, a suite of 11 different maps (more on the way) with combined arms engagements between infantry, vehicles, and aircraft, and plenty of modes to play.

Battlefield 6 also features a special custom games creation tool called Portal that players can use to build and share their own gameplay experiences (think Forge from Halo), along with a full campaign and a free-to-play battle royale mode, Battlefield REDSEC.

No matter what you're playing in Battlefield 6, though, the game's extremely advanced destruction physics will be present, allowing you to dynamically destroy cover, structures, and more to creatively get the drop on your enemies. And all of it will look and sound terrific, too, as the game features immaculate and immersive audiovisual presentation.

I've put over 120 hours into Battlefield 6 since it launched in early October, and I've had an absolute blast playing it both alone and with a squad of friends. In fact, I'm itching to finish writing this article so I can be done with Cyber Monday and play it right now.

It's an amazing multiplayer game and one of my favorite titles of the year, and it's only going to get better with the seasonal updates Battlefield Studios has planned, too. I can't recommend it — and this awesome Cyber Monday deal on it — enough.

With all the incredible games coming out seemingly all the time, many new titles slip under players' radars — especially when they happen to come out around the same time as bigger, long-awaited games that dominate industry conversation at the time of their release.

That is exactly what happened with Hell is Us, a dark and atmospheric sci-fi action game that came out on September 4. Since it came out on the exact same day as the feverishly anticipated Hollow Knight: Silksong, it was fated to be overshadowed by Team Cherry's Metroidvania sequel, and has unfortunately been overlooked by many.

It tells the story of a fictional European country, Hadea, that gets invaded by mysterious supernatural entities while it's in the middle of a civil war. These bizarre creatures are immune to modern weapons like firearms and are pushing Hadea and its people to the brink, but you — equipped with "your drone and sword from a different age" — have the power to thwart them.

Thus, you'll set off on a non-linear, exploration-focused adventure to do so, and will find and earn multiple different weapons and upgrades as you progress that unlock new movesets, skills, and powers to use.

Unraveling the mystery behind the appearance of the strange supernatural creatures you're fighting is also a big part of the story, which many have praised for excellent worldbuilding and rich lore — even if the characters themselves aren't the greatest.

All in all, the game just looks cool, and I've wanted to check it out ever since I saw it released. I just didn't want to buy it at full price, but thanks to Cyber Monday, now I don't have to — and you don't, either.

When you think of the best games from the legendary developer FromSoftware, your mind undoubtedly goes to the massive Dark Souls franchise that brought the studio into mainstream popularity, or perhaps to 2022's Game of the Year-winning megahit, Elden Ring.

But before any of us were stumbling our way through Lordran or adventuring in The Lands Between, FromSoftware also made a fast-paced, action-packed mecha series called Armored Core — and in 2023, it released a new entry called Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon.

Whether you're a longtime fan of the franchise or a newcomer that's only played the Souls games, you'll love Armored Core 6 — and even though Cyber Monday is over, you can still get it for some nice discounts. Specifically, the PC version is $23.79 at Loaded, with the Xbox version going for $24.99 at GameStop and the PS4 (not PS5, though it will work on the newer console) edition selling for $24.99 at GameStop as well. Don't sleep on Armored Core — trust me

Most modern FromSoftware fans have likely never played an Armored Core game before — I know I hadn't, before Armored Core 6 came along. When I reviewed it for Windows Central back when it came out, though, I quickly fell in love with the new entry in this cult classic series, even though it's very distinct from the developer's Soulslike titles.

Indeed, Armored Core is quite different than Dark Souls or Elden Ring (also on sale for big discounts right now) in terms of structure, with linear missions and the freedom to redesign your mech as much as you want instead of open-ended, non-linear levels and limited respecs that encourage long-form character progression.

However, FromSoftware's engaging "tough, but fair" difficulty philosophy is wholly present here, with a dual emphasis on picking a good loadout for each level and then executing in fights themselves, utilizing your mech's advanced movement capabilities to evade threats while getting into advantageous positions for your own weapons.

In that way, Armored Core 6 does bear some similarities to the Souls games and their focus on dodge timing and encounter mastery, with the presence of a posture bar that encourages aggressive play to stagger your foes, also reminding me of FromSoftware's Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

I like to think of it as a lovely middle ground between the RPG customization of Souls and the skill-driven intensity of Sekiro, and ultimately, it's a must-play action RPG — especially with the fantastic story and presentation that complement the gameplay. Thanks to extended Cyber Monday deals, it's quite affordable right now, so I can't recommend getting it enough.

While the Xbox Series X first launched in November 2020 at $500 USD, that price point has gone way, way up over the last year.

Microsoft has raised prices on consoles in the U.S. not just once, but twice, responding to the threat of tariffs imposed by the Trump administration on countries where various components are manufactured.

As a result, the regular Xbox Series X now costs a mind-boggling $650, with the all-digital white console losing the disc drive and shedding $50 off its price.

Why are RAM prices so high right now?

Just about all the high-performance memory in the world is being gobbled up by the AI boom. Specialized AI GPUs need memory to function, and when there are massive datacenters being built around the world, paying high prices for components, you can see how we've arrived at this predicament.

Suppliers would rather sell to the highest bidder, and we all know that we PC gamers aren't going to outbid massive AI firms.

Unfortunately, there's not really an end in sight for the current RAM price spike. DDR5 kits that used to cost somewhere around $100 to $200 are now approaching $600 to $1,000, and there are really no great deals on standalone RAM worth mentioning.

Newegg was bundling some T-Group RAM with this discounted Gigabyte B650M motherboard earlier in the day on Cyber Monday, but that promo has gone cold. It was only live "while supplies lasted" anyway.

This awesome game is about to get even better

Speaking as a massive fan of Elden Ring itself — which, by the way, has a phenomenal deal of its own available right now — Elden Ring Nightreign stands out as one of my favorite new games this year, and one I've had a ton of fun playing with my friends.

Nightreign is unique in that it cuts away Elden Ring's emphasis on methodical exploration and meticulous buildcrafting, boiling it down to a laser focus on its Soulslike ARPG mechanics and then challenging you to blitz through a shrinking map with them, hacking and slashing your way through enemy camps and minibosses to earn random upgrades and new weapons ahead of major boss fights.

In this way, it's a full-fledged co-op roguelike version of Elden Ring, complete with eight different Nightfarer classes that each have unique abilities, strengths, and weaknesses that lend themselves to specific playstyles. And soon, that roster size will increase to 10 with the imminent release of The Forsaken Hollows DLC next week.

The Forsaken Hollows is adding two new Nightfarers: a magic-focused, artificer-like character called Scholar that specializes in improved use of consumables and debuffing and crowd controlling enemies, and a Strength-Faith mace-wielder known as the Undertaker.

On top of that, there will be two new Nightlord Expeditions and final bosses, as well as a new Shifting Earth that will alter Nightreign's map in a fresh, unique way.

The Forsaken Hollows (also being sold as a Deluxe Edition Upgrade on some platforms) costs $15, though by getting one of the Deluxe Edition deals listed above, you'll get access to it the moment it comes out.

When I reviewed the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 14 (Gen 12), I gushed over the redesigned chassis (barely weighing a single kilogram), and its phenomenal keyboard. The X1 Carbon is one of Lenovo's best-selling enterprise laptops for a reason.

Once upon a time, there was a moment when it wasn't Cyber Monday — but it was Amazon's big event in this particular example. Yes, I bought Logitech's highest-rated wireless keyboard in July 2019 because my wife needed something for her TV-connected PC, and boy, do I feel smart for buying the $23.99 Logitech K400 Plus from Amazon.

This thing must be nigh-on indestructible (hyperbole, do not take seriously), because it has survived countless drops from the sofa and even splashes of Diet Coke. Indeed, she's played World of Warcraft for hours with interspersed breaks of Stardew Valley — or was that Sun Haven? I don't know — and it's still going strong, albeit with faded keys. It's the most convenient keyboard you could buy.

An advertised battery life of "up to 18 months" is no joke; the Logitech 400 Plus seems to live forever, and I scarcely remember changing the batteries. Packaged with a USB dongle and AAA batteries, it's a real workhorse.View Deal

Absolutely, it is. I doubt I'm making any revelations when I say that Logitech manufactures great keyboards (and mice) — anyone who has stood near a computer has undoubtedly noticed its peripherals and how long they last. Still, I wouldn't blame anyone looking for the best Cyber Monday keyboard deals for overlooking this deceptively simple option.

The keys seem a little shallow — because they are — but not to a point that typing feels subpar. On the contrary, I've used the K400 Plus in a pinch with a few keyboard-less devices like my Surface Pro X and typed out entire articles with the thing.

It's a capable little unit, and the touchpad offers surprisingly unique functionality with a separate, yellow, 'left-click' button mounted in the top-left of the chassis. It works better than you might think; I hold the whole keyboard like an oversized Xbox controller, my right thumb on the touchpad and my left thumb on the yellow button. Nifty.

Now, to be transparent, we are using a couple of Duracell AAA batteries in this keyboard right now, but that's only because I bagged a similar bulk-buy bargain on these coppertops years ago.

However, you do not need high-end alkaline batteries to keep this keyboard going for months. I know for a fact that I replaced Logitech's included batteries, and any brand works fine. Of course, if you're a Duracell fan, you can still pick up a 10-pack for $8.48 with similar Cyber Monday battery deals.

What does UHS-1 mean?

UHS-1 means Ultra-High Speed, and it's a classification for microSD memory cards with a base transfer speed of 104MB/s. While their transfer speeds aren't as high as the more modern UHS-II microSDs, UHS-1 microSDs are easier to find, and the Steam Deck only supports the capabilities of UHS-1 cards.

UHS-II microSDs are backwards compatible with Steam Deck, but their base 312MB/s transfer speeds will be downgraded to UHS-I's base transfer speed levels of 104MB/s.

What is the benefit of using microSDs over upgrading a Steam Deck's internal SSD?

MicroSDs are often cheaper than internal SSDs, and they're easier to install onto a Steam Deck. This is because you only need to insert a microSD into a Steam Deck's microSD card slot to activate it.

So, my go to recommendation for "most" Xbox gamers remains the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 (Gen 3) headset. This headset is absolutely punching above its weight class for quality audio, but also quality construction and comfort too. The versatility of Bluetooth mixing is a nice bonus, and the flip-to-mute mic is always a welcome addition.

If you want to get a little more premium, the Astro A50 is a good shout. The convenience of always-charged via the base station is a nice touch, and this model now includes Bluetooth and instant switching between Xbox and PC on top. My main gripe with this is that it doesn't come with leatherette earcups out of the box (sold separately), but it's not a deal breaker, especially with its Cyber Monday price point.

I'm always really impressed by the SteelSeries Arctis Gamebuds too. These earbuds beat big players from Apple to Samsung, while also being cheaper and more versatile. They're far more comfortable than Samsung Galaxy Buds or Apple Airpods, and have USB-C compatibility with both Xbox and PC to boot. Obviously, being earbuds, the mic quality isn't going to blow you away, but it's actually more than adequate for comms. The active noise cancelling is impressive, too.

Best Xbox Ally / ROG Ally accessories 2025

This less powerful Windows handheld is great for retro gaming, classic game emulation, and cloud gaming. It also features a 7-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate, but comes with an AMD Ryzen Z2 A chip, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD. Once again, those defined grips make it very comfortable to hold.

The Xbox Ally X is a new release and isn't on sale. However, it is currently the most powerful Windows handheld on the market, and it's ideal for AAA gaming. However, it can also be used for high-end emulation. It offers a 7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme chip, 24GB RAM, and 1TB SSD. It also currently offers the best built-in grips of any handheld.

Unfortunately, the Xbox Ally and ROG Ally handhelds really don't have the best battery life. If you want to keep gaming longer, you might want to invest in a power bank like this one. You need one that offers at least 65W power flow to keep up with the handheld's Turbo mode. View Deal

Unlike other PC handhelds, this one has detachable controllers; one can be used like a mouse in FPS mode. It also has a relatively large OLED display.

The Xbox Ally is a new gaming handheld from ASUS that's made in partnership with Microsoft. The device is a portable gaming PC that fits in the palm of your hand.

There are two devices from ASUS with similar names, and it's important to know the difference between them. The black Xbox Ally X is the more powerful of the two. It runs on an AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor and has 24GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage. The white Xbox Ally, which is $100 off as part of a Cyber Monday deal, is less powerful.

Is Loaded safe for PC CDKeys?

Yes. I've been buying PC game keys from Loaded (formerly CDKeys) for years, and I've always been able to get my game codes quickly, and without issue.

Does Steam ban for buying and using CDKeys?

It's possible, but not likely.

The danger with buying game codes from third-party sellers is that if these codes were purchased fraudulently, then your account can be flagged by Steam when you go to redeem a code. Steam, in turn, might take action to ban your account. To prevent this from happening, it's best to stick with trusted game code resellers.

Why did CDKeys change it's name to Loaded?

The company has explained that it has outgrown the CDKeys name, which originally referred to a time when PC games came in boxes.

The only major drawbacks of the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 are that its keyboard feels shallow, there's no magnetic holder for the S Pen Pro while it's in tablet mode, it's difficult to insert microSD cards into it, and its configurations can run at very high prices.

The HP OMEN 34c (G2) doesn't exactly reinvent the wheel, but it does a good job improving upon the foundations set by the G1 series while keeping its specs grounded with only essential components to enhance gaming without bloating its price tag.

It features a 34-inch, ultrawide VA panel display capable of producing crisp visuals up to 3440 x 1440 WQHD resolutions, 400 nits of brightness, and a striking 4000:1 contrast ratio.

The HP Omen 34c (G2) also features a 180Hz refresh rate, which just hits the sweet spot between 120Hz and 240Hz to help keep a game's framerate consistently high while removing all traces of motion blur and artifacting to keep visuals clean.

Other performance-enhancing features include 1ms response times and AMD FreeSync Premium support. The monitor also includes an anti-glare coating to prevent the screen from being obscured by outside lights.

There are plenty of reasons as to why Silent Hill f is the fastest-selling game in the series, and is well worth risking getting nightmares to play. It's a well-made game that is guaranteed to chill you to the bone, regardless of whether you're a long-time Silent Hill fan or a newcomer to horror games in general.

It tells a horrific yet tragic tale of the young Shimizu Hinako, desperately trying to escape her haunted town of Ebisugaoka while searching for friends before they're hunted by monsters lurking within.

Silent Hill f also features a gorgeously detailed (and disturbing) art direction, backed up with atmospheric sound-design and music to truly make you feel like you're alone and trapped in a world where your worst nightmares have come to life.

On top of that, Silent Hill f is also bold enough to try innovating the series' gameplay formula with devious, mind-bending puzzles, a more in-depth combat system, and special story cutscenes that only unlock in NG+ runs.

For the most part, it's a successful departure that's fun to play while staying true to the themes and horrors of Silent Hill. However, the combat system doesn't seem to be balanced well on harder difficulty levels, where enemies are more frequent.

However, that doesn't stop Silent Hill f from being a great Xbox title and one I personally recommend for lovers of survival horror games, especially now that the Day One Edition of the game is on sale for $49.94 at Amazon, instead of its normal MSRP of $69.99 for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Buying the Day One Edition will net you Silent Hill f along with several DLC items for it. These include a White Sailor School Uniform costume, an Omamori: Peony accessory, and an Item Pack containing the Shriveled Abura-age, Divine Water, and First Aid Kit items.

As part of my job, I've used and reviewed more cool tech than I can count, but most comes and goes to make room for the next thing. Loving a product isn't always enough to find it a place in my life, but this Android tablet broke the mold.

A sleeker, more powerful, and (especially right now) more affordable alternative to the iPad Mini — this is the Lenovo Legion Tab (Gen 3), and it's currently just $389.99 at Lenovo.com.

That's the lowest price I've ever seen for my favorite miniature tablet, and it's a perfect companion for mobile and cloud gaming, entertainment, notetaking, and more.

The Legion Tab is an incredible companion device, with a thin-and-light design, beautiful 8.8-inch display, great speakers, and enough power to easily handle even the most demanding mobile, emulated, and streamed games. It's my favorite mini tablet, and this is the lowest price I've ever seen attached to it.View Deal

There aren't a ton of options for a smaller tablet, especially if you're looking for something on the premium end of things. Honestly, your only good choice is the iPad Mini, which is also on sale for $399.99 at BestBuy.com.

However, what many don't realize is that on occasion, you can find the best deals by going with physical copies of games sold at traditional retailers. Four of the best Cyber Monday game deals I've seen, period

From ARC Raiders to Elden Ring, there are plenty of amazing Cyber Monday game deals out there right now. These ones from GameStop are arguably the best of them all, as none of these games have ever sold for lower prices than this.

The markdowns on Battlefield 6 and Borderlands 4 are particularly wild, as the former is the best-selling game of 2025 and an incredibly hot multiplayer title, while the latter is the year's largest co-op game and was one of the last highlights of the summer. Assassin's Creed Shadows had a big launch in spring as well, and Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remakes one of the most beloved early-2000s games there is.

I'd be shocked if you find any of these games selling for lower prices than this in the foreseeable future, so if one or more of these games interest you and you play on either Xbox Series X|S or PS5, you should 100% pull the trigger on one or more of these deals. In my review of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, I wrote that it was a "cathartic co-op experience," and that's holding even more true over a year later. It's already a great experience solo, but when playing with friends, it's absolutely fantastic.

The developers have continually updated the game, bringing new weapons, cosmetics, and even missions to play for free. There's even a unique spin on Horde mode that's now available, letting a team of players try to survive for as long as possible against wave after wave of Tyranid and Chaos forces.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 has been so successful that the developers have already confirmed Space Marine 3 is on the way, though it'll be a while before we learn anything else about this third entry.

The Hyperkin Competitor is, without a doubt, the best Xbox controller I've owned since the Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma.

It has a hefty and sturdy yet comfortable build, its remappable controls feel so responsive, and the analog sticks suffer no input latency or stick drift thanks to being equipped with Hall Effect sensors.

The best feature of this controller, however, is its PlayStation 5-style controller layout and segmented D-Pad. It makes moving around and performing complicated special moves in 2D sidescrollers like Hollow Knight: Silksong, Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, and Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons so much easier and less frustrating than a regular Xbox controller.

The only major drawback of this controller is that it's wired-only, so it may not be for players who wish to avoid cable management.

If you can stomach having to manoeuvre through a USB-C to USB-A cable, then I highly recommend the Hyperkin Competitor for any Xbox player looking for a better way to enjoy 2D games or any game in general, as it's no slouch when it comes to playing 3D games either.
